By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.By placing an order at Thailand-Balm, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Events outside Thailand-Balm's control shall be considered as force majeure.
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order at Thailand-Balm, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old, not a pregnant person and have a direction from your Thailand-Balm. You accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Thailand-Balm for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
Force Majeure
Events outside Thailand-Balm control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered as force majeure, meaning that Thailand-Balm is released from Thailand-Balm's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Payment
All products remain Thailand-Balm's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you cannot buy from Thailand-Balm store.
All transfers conducted through Thailand-Balm are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL 256 encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Additional Information
Thailand-Balm reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Thailand-Balm has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Thailand-Balm shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
Release of liability
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thailand-Balm, their officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all legal or liable claims, charges, demands, damages, losses, expenses, and liabilities of whatever nature arising (including, but not limited to any legal or other professional fees and the costs of defending or prosecuting any claim and any other direct or consequential loss incurred or suffered directly or indirectly as a result of using any product listed or sold on our website.
Consent
By agreeing to this purchase, you consent that you are at least 18 years of age or older. You are pregnant, planning to get pregnant or currently breast feeding. You DO NOT have any known allergies to the ingredients of the product you are purchasing. You are not currently using any skin medication or have a history of skin infections, disease, rashes or peeling of the skin.
General rules
Please do not buy if you are not willing to wait for 10-20 days (according to continent). Please note that a signature will be required on delivery.
Tracking number will be provided within 48 hours after receiving cleared Payment (if not holidays).

Shipments and returns
Shipping policy
All packages arrive at your local post office. Your local postman either delivers the package or leaves a notice in case you are not at home.
We currently offer a worldwide service with 2 shipping options:
1 .Registered Airmail with tracking number free of charge for any quantity and items .It usually takes 2-3 weeks for your order to be delivered.
2. EMS Courier Delivery's ($20) waiting period is 3-8 business days. Please be notified that EMS is unavailable in several countries. If you can not choose EMS as your shipping method, that means that it is unavailable in your country.
Unfortunately, the delivery can take a little longer because of the delay at customs, which doesn't depend on our delivery service. That's why we can't guarantee, that you will receive your order in time. The package may be also delivered earlier. All products on our site are available to be shipped to you immediately. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. We'll do our best to pack and ship an order promptly . You will get an automatic e-mail notification once your order is approved.
We will do everything for in-time delivery. If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, be sure we will do our best to solve the problem.

Return policy
If for any reasons you are not satisfied with the product you purchased contact our Customer Support Team.
If the product was received damaged or defective or the company shipped the incorrect product we will resend your order free of charge.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply send it back to us within 120 days . You are responsible for return shipping fees. All merchandise must be unused, unopened and in the same condition it was received. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.
It can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.
The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).
*NOTE: In order to ensure your return is in our system and that we issue your refund without delay, you must to contact us before to obtain a return confirmation number (via email) prior to mailing your return to us. You will get a discreet package so nobody will know about your order except you. Besides, we do not indicate the cost of your order on the package - it is sent as a gift. You do not need to pay customs fees.

Moreover your confidential information and privacy is under reliable protection. Products won't appear on your credit card statement.
Usually we do not call our customers. We prefer to communicate with our customers via email. However you are to indicate the right telephone number otherwise the order may be cancelled by the Address Verification System.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Thailand Air Registered Mail with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
